On November 8, 2024, BAScii students at Chulalongkorn University’s School of Integrated Innovation (CSII) had the chance to step into the world of potential careers and internships at the annual CSII Career & Internship Fair.

Featuring 13 companies from diverse sectors - consulting, technology, finance, retail, and more - the event provided students with insights and connections that could shape their professional paths. Throughout the day students explored possibilities with companies like AIA, SCG, Deloitte, and Uniqlo, speaking directly with industry representatives.

Beyond simply offering networking opportunities, some companies, like Marketyze, provided unique support to students by reviewing resumes, helping them polish their profiles for future applications. This fair is a vital part of the BAScii program’s mission, equipping students with real-world exposure to potential employers, internships, and even future Capstone projects.

As today’s job market becomes increasingly competitive, events like the CSII Career Fair are more important than ever. Students are encouraged to cultivate adaptability and develop 21st-century skills, preparing them for success in a rapidly evolving world. By engaging with industry professionals early in their studies, BAScii students gain practical insights and connections that will support their transition from university to the workforce, giving them a head start on their professional journeys.
