The AI Lab equips students with practical AI skills, fostering interdisciplinary research and positioning us as a leader in technology. The Social Innovation Lab enhances social consciousness and collaborative innovation, leading to sustainable community projects and social enterprises. Initiatives like ‘Sustainable Style Swap’ and ‘Women Entrepreneurship Seminar’ reflect our dedication to sustainability and empowerment. - In the digital age, technological innovation plays a key role and entrepreneurship
serves as a driving force for success. - All human should be equipped with transdisciplinary knowledge and skills necessary for creativity and for future lifelong learning.
- A new educational paradigm is on the horizon for the 21st-century, where individual students can be groomed to become a “whole person”.
- To empower students to create and innovate, they should be equipped with broad-based knowledge, including sciences, engineering, technologies, entrepreneurship,
and liberal arts, instead of the traditional one discipline only. - Students who wish to progress to graduate school could easily delve deeper
into specific fields later.
Institutional Operation
- CSII shall operates under sufficient degree of autonomy in its curriculum design,
its learning paradigm, and its administration to meet its objectives. - English is the official language of ScII in teaching, learning, communication and
social activities. - CSII aims to be self-sufficient, fitting to be the leading institute of its kind.
- CSII shall maintain a high profile of its faculty and professional staff, by providing international scale of compensation and benefits.
- CSII shall maintain a flat administrative structure, with minimum hierarchical one,
to stimulate team work and accountability, and to reduce administrative redundant.
